What if I cant keep my appointment.. ??

How Many Pictures will loaded up on the Gallery.. ??
It depends on the session , but typically you can expect between 30 and 50 high quality images to select from. These images will be professionally edited.
Purchased packages come with digital images of the purchased prints allowing you to use these for social media uploads, computer screen savers ,mobile device wallpaper etc.
Digital images cannot be reproduced or sold and remain the property of Warwick Marcakis Photography unless expressly released via formal print release documentation.
How can I pay.. ??
Payment is via Electronic Funds Transfer. Details will be contained on the completed session brief , which will be provided after session is booked.
Bookings are secured by a non refundable payment of $250. This amount will be credited against any orders placed.
You will be provided an invoice with all details.
50% of remaining invoice total must be paid before prints and artwork is ordered.
Final balance due before delivery.
Payment arrangements can be made if necessary.
How long are digital files kept on file ??
Images that are selected and ordered are kept indefinitely. Images not selected are removed after two months.
If you wish for me to retain non selected images , longer than 2 months , please advise me accordingly. This will attract a nominal fee.
Where will the session take place..??
This is entirely up to you. It can be at a location of your choice or can be indoors. I do have access to a studio , but also have the necessary equipment to set up a portable studio indoors.
We will discuss this when you make a booking and ensure we capture your preference on the session brief that we will complete.

How long does a session normally take.. ??
A minimum time of 2 hours should be allowed., however this is dependant in the number of people to be included.
You are encouraged to bring some snacks and water , especially if the session is outside.
Clothing – what should we wear..??
First rule of thumb – comfortable clothes.
Second rule of thumb – portraits look best when there is contrast between skin tones and clothing.
We will discuss this in more detail when we plan the session
What about hair and make up ?
You are encouraged to do your own and hair and make up. A make up artist can be arranged but any associated fees will be solely between yourself and the MUA
